Business Process and Requirements Definition

  • To consider how existing issues are being addressed and determine why specific approaches have been adopted; and
  • To determine the scope of the business systems developments indicating whether the requirements are likely to be delivered by technology, software, configuration, integration, process or training.

Product Evaluation and Selection

Wave believe that clients generally benefit when project controls are managed by experts reporting directly to them, rather than through the software suppliers involved. This ensures that project risks are managed openly and helps keep business requirements prioritised ahead of implementation convenience. Wave have extensive project management experience covering a wide range of business software projects.

Ideally, Wave like to deliver project management services in the capacity of a mentor – transferring knowledge and expertise to the client while providing the flexibility that arises from having an additional resource.
