Robert Hernandez

Robert Hernandez A chartered accountant (ACA) with over 18 years’ practical financial experience in a range of sectors, Robert was Chief Financial Officer for MK International Ltd, operating in over 20 countries as part of a major US telecoms group. He left to join Stuart Grant forming Wave in 2002.

Operationally, Robert is responsible for a portfolio of client companies, principally in the construction sector, providing practical guidance and hands-on assistance with a range of business issues from process simplification and system developments through to major restructuring back-office functions.

Stuart Grant

Stuart Grant Stuart founded Wave in 2002 with Robert Hernandez.

He began his career at Price Waterhouse where he qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) before moving into a consulting role that involved implementing finance systems across Europe. Stuart left Price Waterhouse to setup a financial systems consulting company that was subsequently merged into Wave.

Stuart has assisted a broad range of clients in optimising their finance systems and processes including: ACAS, Best Western, SonyBMG and The Office of Fair Trading.

Jonathan Pressey

Jonathan Pressey Jonathan joined Wave in 2005.

He has a wide experience of systems accounting in both public and private sectors. A Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) he has held board positions as Finance Director within UMECO plc and as EMEA Services Director for Systems Union (now part of Infor).

Jonathan has been responsible for services delivery in many sectors, including Finance, Central Government, Aerospace, Health, Distribution, Housing and Professional Services.

Frank Harper

Frank Harper Frank joined Wave in 2006.

Frank is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) with wide-ranging experience. His formative years involved senior financial and management accounting positions with blue chip companies such as Heinz, Wilkinson Sword and Mercedes-Benz. He moved into consultancy specialising in designing and implementing performance management systems for clients such as BT, Dowty Group, Blockbuster and F.Hoffmann-La Roche. Prior to joining Wave, Frank was responsible for managing the implementation of financial systems, first as a Project Director then as Professional Services Director for Systems Union (now part of Infor).

Frank now uses this wide experience to assist Wave clients in a broad range of projects; he has a particular expertise in the full life cycle management of software selection and implementation.
