Mentoring our clients

We believe that all project management should be delivered in the in the capacity of a mentor – transferring knowledge and expertise to the client while providing the flexibility that arises from having an additional resource. This approach differs from the project management delivered by software suppliers who are more likely to focus on their own resources.

  • Acceptance management  (User Acceptance Testing) – providing a clearly defined mechanism for testing work being done and therefore reducing the likelihood of disputes
