Application Consulting for SunSystems

Wave provides a range of professional services ranging from ad hoc day consulting through to implementing completely new business systems. This service is currently available for the SunSystems range of products.

Wave’s service includes:

  • Systems review – providing recommendations as to how the systems and processes can be optimised and more closely aligned with the business requirements.
  • Proof of concept – assessing the systems and key configurations required to meet particular business requirements and then demonstrating the validity of the solution.
  • Project management – openly managing the delivery of a project with the advantage of independence from the software supplier and an overriding focus on the business requirements.
  • Application consultancy – implementing and configuring SunSystems, Vision and related products in accordance with an agreed systems design.
  • Technical consultancy – advising on the technical environment and installing and maintaining the stability, security, resilience and performance of the software.
  • Training – developing training materials for systems administrators through to end users and delivery of effective and relevant training.
  • Systems documentation – production of documentation based on job roles, function or requirement for use by individuals or within a general library.
  • Ad-hoc consulting – providing day surgery, trouble shooting and problem solving for unexpected, irritating or random issues.
