Wave provide Solution Support as part of a complete service, using expert consultants to incorporate clients’ system maintenance and consulting needs.
Wave operates an innovative, on-line Service Desk. Clients can log calls, track progress and add comments via a web browser. This service is available via phone and email if this is preferred. Support is frequently delivered through Remote sessions. Clients receiving remote support are encouraged to participate in a Survey after each session – this has scored Positive on 99.5% of all sessions delivered since the survey started in September 2012.
Our consultants have many years experience of the products. Support calls are always dealt with by a highly qualified expert who has worked with the products on many sites. Each client is allocated a nominated consultant who is responsible for becoming familiar with that client’s implementation. The nominated consultant is also the primary resource for the delivery of any on-site work.
