Wave’s established support function takes a different approach to the majority of SunSystems support companies; we only use experienced consultants on the support desk. Each of our consultants has between 5 and 20+ years’ experience, all of whom are fully trained and experienced in the software applications. They also have the backing of product managers ensuring that any system issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
It is this highest level of service that is the hallmark of Wave Consulting Ltd. We believe that our helpdesk is a mandate to deliver real customer service – we do not have a ‘Call Centre’ mentality, but support individual people to help them to carry out their own role function.
